Shaftmasters parts department personnel have over 20 years experience in the parts industry. Their extensive knowledge of driveshaft components, transmission & differential yokes and related parts means that customers get the correct parts the first time-every time.

Often customers come into our shop not knowing what part(s) they may need. If customers are unsure of their needs, Shaftmasters parts department personnel ask the right questions to secure the proper item for the customer. We believe the best way to understand a customer's problem is to listen to them.

Shipping & Returns:

Please be advised: Some replacement driveshaft assemblies will have added shipping charges due to their oversize packaging. Added charges start at $5.

Shaftmasters Inc. ships via UPS to the United States. International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of successful order completion. Buyers pay actual shipping costs.

Damage claims must be made to the freight carrier and to Shaftmasters no later than the first business day after receiving your order. Under no circumstances are you to install or use any item that you feel was damaged in shipping!

Shaftmasters accepts items for return for a period of 30 days after original purchase. All returned items must be in new condition and in the original package. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
